What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact our support team with your order number and a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in clean condition.
Are any purchases final sale?
Only items explicitly marked as "Clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective under Australian Consumer Law. All other purchases — including promotional and bundle orders — fall under our standard 30-day return policy.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase. Metro delivery typically takes 3–7 business days; regional and rural areas may take up to 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in partnership with specialist hardware suppliers to our own technical specifications. Each piece uses high-grade stainless steel, rust-resistant matte coatings, and ergonomic grips — built to handle the demanding conditions that come with Australian outdoor use.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping Australia-wide, there is no additional charge for the shipping.
