1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers at this time.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
All areas across Australia: Delivered within 14 days.
These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@sunvantashop.au.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sunvantashop.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
8. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@sunvantashop.au. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.
