We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before contacting our support team.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@sunvantashop.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the confirmed return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Items lost in transit cannot be accepted, and we cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not reach us.
Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or free replacement at your choice.
For change-of-mind returns or other non-fault reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly — no return required in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale"
- Items that have been used outdoors beyond initial inspection. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
