SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

SUNVANTA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the SUNVANTA website is accurate, complete, and current. This includes product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, materials, colours, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping information, and other website content.

However, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or outdated information may occasionally occur. Website content is provided for general product and shopping information and should be reviewed carefully before placing an order.

Product images are provided for reference purposes. Actual product colours, finishes, textures, dimensions, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, manufacturing differences, product updates, or batch variations.

SUNVANTA reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change product details, amend pricing, revise availability, or modify website content at any time where reasonable and permitted by law.

If an error, inaccuracy, or omission affects an order after it has been placed, SUNVANTA may contact the customer to confirm the correct information, provide an alternative solution, or cancel the affected order where permitted by law. If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled due to an error, SUNVANTA will issue a refund in accordance with SUNVANTA’s refund process.

Actual product colours, finishes, textures, dimensions, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, manufacturing differences, product updates, or batch variations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information carefully before placing an order. This includes checking product dimensions, materials, intended use, installation requirements, care instructions, compatibility, and delivery suitability.

Order cancellation requests should be submitted to SUNVANTA customer support as soon as possible after an order has been placed. SUNVANTA will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation requests before the order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier.
