Last updated: July 2026

At SUNVANTA, we are committed to providing reliable outdoor living products and dependable customer support.

Our products are designed for everyday outdoor use across Australian homes, gardens, patios, balconies, and outdoor spaces. We carefully select materials, work with trusted manufacturing partners, and conduct quality checks to ensure our products meet our standards for durability, functionality, and customer satisfaction.

This Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy explains SUNVANTA’s warranty coverage, after-sales assistance, warranty claim process, and customer support procedures.

This policy applies to products purchased directly from the official SUNVANTA website.

This Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy is provided in addition to any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

SUNVANTA products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation, or other remedy if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is not fit for the purpose described
  • Does not match the product description
  • Does not meet reasonable expectations of durability

For a major failure, customers may be entitled to choose between a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where applicable.

For a minor failure, SUNVANTA may provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement parts, replacement products, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.

SUNVANTA Limited Product Warranty

In addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law, SUNVANTA provides a limited product warranty for eligible products.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or order documentation, eligible SUNVANTA products may be covered by a limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the product type, product category, materials, components, and intended use.

For eligible products, warranty coverage may apply to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, including:

  • Structural frame defects not caused by external impact, misuse, incorrect installation, or extreme weather

  • Manufacturing faults in key components

  • Abnormal cracking, breaking, or failure of covered components under normal use

  • Fabric or stitching defects caused by manufacturing issues, where applicable

  • Mechanical issues affecting normal product operation, such as crank systems, hinges, tilt mechanisms, locks, or similar functional parts where applicable

  • Missing, incorrect, or defective parts identified after delivery

If a covered issue is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, SUNVANTA may provide one or more of the following remedies depending on the circumstances:

  • Replacement parts

  • Repair assistance

  • Product replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund where appropriate

The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the issue, product condition, product availability, warranty coverage, and applicable consumer rights.
