Cantilever umbrella and umbrella cross base are sold separately unless otherwise stated in the selected product bundle.

For maximum ballast, we recommend filling each plate with dry sand first and then gradually adding water to fill the small gaps between the sand particles.

This creates a denser filling mixture and provides greater weight than using water or dry sand alone.

Make sure all filling caps are tightened securely after filling and check them periodically during normal outdoor use.

Always fully close your umbrella before moving the base or during strong winds, storms or severe weather.

If the base needs to be relocated, empty or reduce the filling material first. Moving a fully filled base may cause injury or damage.

Avoid filling the base with water only in freezing conditions. Water expands when frozen and may damage the HDPE shell.

For maximum stability, a sand-and-water mixture is recommended. Fill with sand first and then add water to occupy the remaining spaces between the sand particles.

Check the filling caps periodically to ensure they remain securely tightened.

Clean the surface using mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the HDPE surface.
