Installation & Assembly Information
Before You Begin
Check all posts, beams, canopy components, tracks, rollers and hardware against the packing list before assembly. Read the full installation instructions before fixing any components in place.
Assembly Team
Use enough people to safely lift and position the long beams, posts and canopy components. Large structural parts should be properly supported while they are being connected.
Protect the Finish
Assemble components on carpet, cardboard or another soft protective surface to help prevent scratches or damage to the powder-coated frame and canopy components during installation.
Prepare the Installation Area
Select a flat, stable and structurally suitable location. Measure the pergola footprint carefully and confirm post positions, alignment and clearance before drilling or permanently anchoring the footplates.
Anchoring Requirements
Position the pergola on a suitable level surface and check that the structure is square before final fixing. Secure every footplate using anchoring hardware appropriate for the installation surface.
Test the Canopy Operation
Before completing installation, slowly extend and retract the canopy from both ends. The rollers should move smoothly through the tracks without binding, twisting or excessive resistance.
After Installation
Once assembly is complete, confirm that the frame is level, all bolts and brackets are secure, every footplate is firmly anchored and the canopy glides smoothly between its open, partially extended and fully extended positions.

Care & Safety
